With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Glenn McCaffrey is the Digital Construction Director at McLaughlin & Harvey. He is a passionate advocate for Digital Construction and Better Information Management, with extensive expertise in Information Management and the delivery of Asset Information Models for both private and public sector clients. Glenn leads the award-winning Digital Construction Team at McLaughlin & Harvey, overseeing the digitisation of processes to align with ISO19650 standards. He chairs the company’s steering group for digital technology implementation and manages a team of Digital Construction Managers and Coordinators, ensuring seamless support from tender to handover and delivering valuable data for asset management and smart buildings. In addition to his role at McLaughlin & Harvey, Glenn is a visiting lecturer for the Building Information Modelling Project Management (MSc) programme at Queen’s University Belfast and the University of Ulster.
