Mairéad Gallagher Morgan is an experienced design technology and digital construction professional with nearly 20 years in the built environment. As BIM Lead for Europe and the Middle East at Grimshaw, she guides digital delivery across the London, Paris, and Dubai studios, with a strong focus on collaboration and data quality.

She brings deep knowledge of ISO 19650 and has helped implement robust information management standards across complex, multidisciplinary projects. Her work supports efficient, integrated design processes and drives innovation across teams.

Mairéad is also a Regional Lead and mentor with Women in BIM, where she advocates for greater diversity and inclusion in the AEC sector. She regularly contributes to industry events, speaking on topics such as AI, automation, data-driven design and digital transformation, and has participated in panels at London Build, Digital Construction Week, UK Construction Week, Futurebuild, and UKREiiF.

Since 2023, she has served as a judge for the Building Innovation Awards, helping to highlight emerging technologies and forward-thinking ideas. In the coming year, Mairéad will continue sharing her insights through podcasts and conferences, with a focus on mentoring, digital innovation, and the evolving role of AI, and data driven design in the AEC sector.
