Charlene is the CEO and Founder of Vision into Reality, a consultancy that supports organisations to define and deliver their objectives through strategic creation, delivery, and organisational change.

Much of her career has been supporting government and commercial organisations to define and deliver their data and digital strategies and plans to achieve measurable impact.

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Building Innovation Advisory Panel; Charlene acted as the Technical Editor for the Artificial Intelligence Playback utilising her business outcome focus to support the technicalities of AI investments.

Charlene held the role as data and digital strategy and engagement lead on the Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Programme, working on the appropriate and proportionate investments required for capital delivery and the life of the asset.

Charlene is currently working in the rapidly growing nuclear sector supporting clients to achieve their position in enabling the industry’s growth objectives and societal benefits of reliable, secure, and sustainable energy.
