Rico Wojtulewicz has been the National Federation of Builders and House Builders Association policy mainstay for a decade, ensuring members views and issues are solved and if required, raised with local and central government. He sits on industry and government working groups and boards, such as the Construction Leadership Council, Future Homes Hub and Heritage Alliance, and is across topics including digital construction, net zero, skills, planning, industrial strategy, retrofit and procurement.
